Custom Design System Drives User Connection (Edbot.ai) I started with an existing design for Edbot.ai that was fine but cold, which was a serious flaw because engagement is everything in education. The strategic fix was a total system rebuild. I injected personality by designing the Edbot mascot with a full set of expressions to cheer learners on. This move changed the platform from a "generic template" to a "custom-built system" that users truly connect with. The result is a design system that is flexible and most importantly, makes learning enjoyable.
